[SDW Best Practices Update]: Discuss RDF bias in relationship section #1287

Clemens Portele mentioned RDF bias in the Relationships section. This needs discussion, but perhaps Clemens could add examples using Web linking.

Since we are about to wrap up contributions to the Best Practice update, we would close this issue unless we can still expect a contribution before end January. @BillSwirrl @cportele
