Using displayName for icon accessibility #162

Addresses #127 Guidance to use the displayName to ensure accessibility.

This seems sensible from an #a11y perspective, but I would like to see an implementation to be sure. @ianbjacobs

Hi RealJoshue108,

Can you say more about what you expect from the implementation? I can provide screen shots about how Chrome displays the icon next to the displayName in the transaction dialog. My understanding is that the dialog itself is implemented in a way that would support assistive technology (@stephenmcgruer or @rsolomakhin can confirm). Are there other features that you are looking for? Thanks again!
