No strong opinions on my side; leaning slightly towards SHACL-C for readability as you say, but some points supporting SHALCLC are:
I strongly prefer and advise selection of SHACL-C
it distinguishes the modifying C
from the SHACL
it modifies.
IANA-registered media types can be changed.

Are there going to other SHACL* names? A consistent pattern is best.
I don't recall seeing alternatives to SHACL-AF and SHACL-UI. Running those together would not look great.
