Change of User Need Definition - should also apply to the physical world and human interaction #273

The definition for User need is:

The end goal a user has when starting a process through digital means.

This is purely focussed on 'digital' and excludes the physical world or human interaction.

Working on the Maturity Model Note there's a wish to use the term 'User Need ' for contexts within the physical world or human interaction like how to interact with each other from an accessibility perspective, language to use, or reasonable accommodation.

Re-using the term and its related definition is not possible at the moment.

I suggest to change the definition to include the different perspectives for user need to make it more generic OR scope the definition by adding one or more words, like 'digital user need' or alike.

The term is no longer used and the glossary term should be removed.
