Suggesting testing tools / templates #322

Relevant section: Testing Comment: Will these include “tools” to guide atomic and holistic assessment? Specifically, tools that can easily be used or merged with existing accessibility testing tools? For example, templates, rubrics, or outlines that a reader can download, modify, and deploy easily. These tools could dynamically update and grow with future WCAG 3.0 edits. I suggest this to help address the problems of readability and barrier to entry of use identified in the Requirements draft document. I also suggest this based on professional experience conducting accessibility testing, and professional experience creating human factors (HF) and user experience (UX) assessment rubrics based on HF and UX principles, descriptions of methods, etc. Note that this could be covered by WCAG 3.0 techniques or methods structures that I’m not aware of.
