Our software is workflow dependent, and the analysis of conformance of individual objects will not accurately capture how accessible the workflow is. We have concerns that we and other organizations would be able to reach a Bronze level simply by confirming at the object level, but with necessary improvements needed at the workflow level that would not be captured.
