Clarify glyph descriptions for glyphs in the 'Dynamics' range

Haipeng Hu, who is developing Braille transcription software, says:

e.g., sthere are sforzando1 and sforzando2, and sforzato, sforzatoff, etc. If you can add a parenthesis to say, (sf), (sfz),
(fz), etc, this will make things easier to know, and I can integrate these characters correctly into the braille translation software
without any error.

We should consider appending the text equivalents of the glyphs to the glyph descriptions, so e.g.

• For dynamicSforzato1, the description would be "Sforzato 1 (sf)"
• For dynamicSforzato, the description would be "Sforzato (sfz)"

There is no dynamicSforzato1, but instead it's called dynamicSforzando1.

Actually there is an inconsistency in the naming: dynamicSforzando1 for sf matches dynamicRinforzando1 for rf but while sfz is called dynamicSforzato, rfz is called dynamicRinforzando2. Given the approach all the other "fz" combinations are called, it would be better to rename the latter to dynamicRinforzato.
