Accordion Registers accdnRH4Ranks* named wrong #244

The accordion registers found in the range U+E8B4 up to U+E8BA (+ Combining U+E8C7) are all named as RH (right hand) when in fact they are for the left hand (Bass). The Specification gives http://www.accordions.com/articles/stradella.aspx as its source, which actually is consistent with my claim, since it describes the Stradella Keyboard, used as the left bass side in almost all accordions without a free bass system.

Thanks for pointing this out. We may have to document our way around this at present, as we made the decision that canonical glyph names could not be changed after SMuFL reached version 1.0. However, we can certainly fix the descriptions for these glyphs, even if we can not change their canonical names.
