Arpeggiato wiggles #270

Should the arpeggiato wiggles (U+EAA9 - U+EAAE) be illustrated in the spec as going vertically rather than horizontally as they are?

They're drawn in the standard orientation in which they appear in the fonts themselves. Hopefully the implementation notes for that range make it clear that they need to be rotated for drawing.
