"MIME Type" is now "Media Type" #26

The only occurrence of MIME type is in this reference:

[RFC4180] Common Format and MIME Type for Comma-Separated Values (CSV) Files. Y. Shafranovich. IETF. October 2005. Informational. URL: https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc4180

Since MIME type is used in the RFC of CSV, we can not replace this.

As such, I recommend closing this issue.
