Recharter as Web Audio API v.1 shifts to "get out of CR" and new work on v.2 finally starts. Web MIDI still in scope, still moving slowly.

Audio WG expects to request updated CR of Web Audio API v.1 around 20 May.

Audio CG started, has monthly calls with the WG.

Draft charter in development, same deliverables as previous charter so no 45-day kickout.
