A core part of our Strategic work is the evaluation of how proposed work serves the Web. In the "Evaluation" phase at the end of the funnel, we make the case whether work is ready to proceed to Chartering of a Recommendation-track deliverable. At that point, we need to identify:
Will this work help to lead the web to its full potential?
Is the work Rec-track ready?
Proposed IG, no rec-track deliverables
digging deeper:
Will it add value?
Will we be able to make it succeed?
Special considerations?

Issue discussion on the draft charter
APA took a look, can't tell from mission and scope exactly what this group is meant to do, and it seems to overlap some horizontal review and TAG functions. We would like a clearer description of intended activities and how the group would coordinate deliverables with similar deliverables from other groups.
+1 to @michael-n-cooper remarks, from i18n review.
@michael-n-cooper and @r12a Can you take a look at https://github.com/w3c/charter-drafts/issues/291 ?
