I added a card for this issue in the pipeline.

@himorin, given the above and the generally rough shape of the charter, I encourage you to remove the horizontal-review-requested label for now and add it again when you think the charter is closer to ready.

I notice that you reformatted the "success criteria" section from the template. If you think those changes are worthwhile, perhaps file them as a PR against the template? https://github.com/w3c/charter-drafts/blob/gh-pages/charter-template.html
Overtaken by events, but no security or privacy issues. I filed an issue about the history section of the charter.
Existing charter was extended until 31 March 2023.
