@wseltzer is there any pre-requisite to make the advance notice to the AC?
i18n agrees with this draft charter. But we would remind that there are several recent developments on metadata for string in data format, and would want to have conversations with WG.

Do you mean the WG once it is formed, or the current CG working on RDF-star? In the latter case, we have a call every 2-3 weeks, the agenda is sent to https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rdf-star/. The next one will be on 25th of March, 4PM CET.

No advance notice yet. Note however that the work on the charter has been carried on publicly by the RDF-star "task force" of the RDF-DEV CG.

The number of documents to update is quite high. For this reason, the scope of the WG is strictly limited to adding no other feature than RDF-star (for which the CG final report provides a clear plan).
