For all Notes or other deliverables, this Interest Group will seek horizontal review for accessibility, internationalization, privacy, and security with the relevant Working and Interest Groups, and with the TAG.
This doesn't look to me like it's the latest template text for horizontal review. Is the difference because this is an IG, or for some other reason, or should the charter template be updated?
I've filed https://github.com/w3c/web-networks-charter/pull/44 that updates the HR review inspired by the text in the Media & Entertainment and the WoT IGs charters. With that said, the text in the template is oriented towards the Rec-track, so it's not very clear how to adapt it to IG deliverables.
