direction metadata section doesn't show direction #80

@eemeli pointed out in a private conversation that:

I’m re-reading the “Strings on the web” document, and came across a possible mistake: Is it intentional that in this section the metadata example does not include a "dir" value, but only the "language" as a BCP47 code?

... and indeed the example doesn't include dir.
