New content to reduce the Impact of Downloadable or Physical Documents [2.23] #47

Issue : The section [2.23] Reduce the Impact of Downloadable or Physical Documents has interesting criteria:

These one are focus on the impact of the front (printing impact, small size of the document, direct link... ). I think it is also useful to reduce the impact on the return side.

Solution : To add a criterion to propose to optimise the generation of the document on the back side :

Agreed this makes sense, I'll add a Success Criteria on Optimizing Delivery covering generation and hosting. Regarding the front-side matter, it's covered within SC "Labels and Choice" - "Furthermore, be sure to avoid embedding the document within Web pages". The update will be reflected within the next draft.
