The spec currently states "An origin server that receives a valid GET request targeting this resource MUST send either a successful response containing a machine-readable representation ..." (this sentence has its origin in the DoNotTrack specification).
But sending a HEAD command could be very useful to check the presence of the tdm file. Should we add HEAD then?
