Correct all ReSpec warnings and fix a couple links #17

Mostly this just corrects (or removes) links which ReSpec could not automatically find the target for. ReSpec now runs without any warnings.

Also corrects a couple GitHub links for the current branch.

@mbrubeck this one is pretty straight forward too. Any objections to merging it? Perhaps this is the sort of change we should be using a lighter weight "push first, review later" model for (but the group agreed to reviews for all changes).
