"Back to Top" target link #99

@newtoncalegari filed this bug on ReSpec, but I think it belongs here:

The "Back to Top" link located at the end of the document is very useful, but it doesn't work properly when the ToC is fixed on the sidebar. When the sidebar is hidden and the ToC is on the top of the document, the "Back to Top" link works fine, because it links to the "#toc" and consequently jumps to the top of the document.

So, I suggest to change the target to the title of the document, this way it will always send to the top, even when sidebar is active.

Hi Marcos, I actually dropped the "Back to Top" requirement for this release, opting instead to add the "Jump to Toc" button via JS. (This allowed us to put it at the top of the document, which was useful for a11y.) It might be a good idea to also have a standardized "Back to Top" link as described, but that'd have to wait for next year. Feel free to modify ReSpec as you see fit in the meantime.

Can we please have a standard "hamburger" menu placed at the top left of the screen in the future for the TOC (that slides from the left)? Current design breaks all conventions.
