Addressing Issue #19 : 'Normalise look and feel'

Changelog:

XHTML -> HTML5, and fixed resulting validation errors (please weigh in?)

Rounded corners -> sharp edges
Changed colours of tags
Increased search box width within drop down menu to align edges better
Cosmetic enhancement of status labels : colour, text placement, letter-spacing, etc
Capitalised drop-down menu names
Added divisions between content elements for better visual separation and hierarchy
Reduced font size of standard and draft titles
Normalised overall spacing of elements with respect to each other
