Proposed Amendments clarification in transition guide #423

Our Guidebook [1] is missing a section of "Transition Announcement" for both 1) Publishing a Recommendation with proposed corrections (substantive changes) and 2) Publishing a Recommendation with proposed additions (new features).

Can you help to add the following content to the Guidebook in place? I tried to edit it but didn't find the right place to do so...

Transition Announcement

A transition announcement for Proposed Amendments to a Recommendation must include the following information:

  1. Identify whether this is a Last Call for Review of Proposed Corrections, Last Call for Review of Proposed Additions, or Last Call for Review of Proposed Corrections and Additions, to a Recommendation.
  2. Document title, URIs.
  3. Instructions for providing feedback (In the AC review form, identify the specific candidate amendments under review as proposed amendments (proposed corrections/proposed additions).
  4. Review end date, which must not be any sooner than 60 days from the Call for Review.
  5. Solicit review and, if it does not already have it, implementation experience.
  6. Link to a public (home) page for the group that produced the document.

Please use the Team-only transition announcement template as a starting point. https://www.w3.org/new-doc-from-template?location=%2FTeam%2F&template=%2Fafs%2Fw3.org%2Fpub%2FWWW%2FTeam%2FTemplates%2Flc-review-pc-rec.html&submit=Continue
