That would be a nice move. I remember translating an old version of RDFa Primer which was a NOTE. The contents of that document is a very good "recommendation" and help in understanding. Not at W3C REC though.
This one would be an example of "nice to include" documents, if someone translates it. They have a pretty stable character like RECs. https://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml-rdfa-primer/
Right now, the matrix of translations only lists translations (ongoing, completed or outdated) of Recommendations, but that information would also be relevant for other types of documents (as long as they have had at least one such translation).
