3 years ago uvcentral.com is in the custody of Movielabs. A principle there has indicated that the website will remain for the foreseeable future, and has offered a contact link.
The links should all be updated.
DECE ceased operations a little over a year ago. The specs remain posted, at least for now, here: https://www.uvcentral.com/
I'll make a few inquiries and see if anyone wants to be a contact person...
