5 years ago The Timed Text Working Group just discussed Review backlog issues for IMSC tt-reqs#14, and agreed to the following:
RESOLUTION: Proceed with this requirement in IMSC 1.1 2nd Ed.

<nigel> .. We can fix errors and apply editorial improvement, but permitting embedded image is a brand
<nigel> .. new requirement that would potentially be IMSC 1.2 or IMSC 2, so on this one we should deal with

Some issues were deferred to the backlog for IMSC 1.1 - we should consider the status of the requirements embodied by those issues, and assess whether or not we want to address them in 2019.
