typo: [construct immediate document] #1205

In the introductory sentence to 11.3.1.3 Intermediate Synchronic Document Construction there is a link to [construct intermediate document] but the text of the link is misspelled as "[construct immediate document]".

Needs a typo fix "immediate" -> "intermediate".
