Typo: immediate vs. intermediate. #1217

In section 11.3.1.3, the text mentions 'construct immediate document' but points to the 'construct intermediate document' procedure. This is clearly a typo.

This was already addressed in #1206 in response to #1205. Closing as duplicate.
