The changes look fine to me - I'm puzzled that this is not building correctly in Travis CI. It looks like at https://github.com/w3c/ttml2/blob/f8cc3297bd0a2a5add22de167821a2850ca7e616/deploy.sh#L105 openssl is complaining that the environment variable $ENCRYPTED_IV evaluates to something undefined. I don't know why, and can see that recently, for example, build 2862 worked fine. There's nothing obviously wrong here, but something is broken...
