From list of publications, following latest versions contain patent policy link without dated.

Note: we don't need to change for published RECs, but should update ones before REC. ED using respec will have automatically updated by using group configuration, no idea for XML based processing (for me, as for now).

TTML XML ones are not dated yet (but passed pubrules??), will check.
