Configurations from use cases #27

I suggest to have a new issue to identify configurations based on use cases. My hope it that it would help in our work on definitions.

CONFIG 1 Set-top-box or TVSet with tuner(s) -> terrestrial, cable, satellite Configuration information (service/multiplexes/channels) available Requirement: allow tuning to service/content after selection using online EPG service or web app

CONFIG 2 Devices other than STB/TVSet but equipped with tuner(s) No configuration information. Requirement: application must discover the service configuration using inline data Requirement: allow tuning to service/content after selection using online EPG service or web app

CONFIG 3 OTT connected STB or TVSet
