Does this way of adding spaces between letter influence in anyway where break-points are allowed? From the sample, it seems that the word still hyphenate normally, and that breaks at other points within the words do not become permitted just because there's a space there. But I am not sure, since I cannot read Hebrew. Is that right?

@tomerm is this emphasis (eg. what you'd expect to see when adding em in HTML), or just a way to highlight things like proper nouns (eg. what you'd expect to use u for in HTML)? (see the HTML explanation)

By the way, this kind of tracking is used in German for emphasis.

@frivoal Indeed extra spaces in the word don't interact in any way with hyphenation. Namely:
