Support queryKeyCap #156

Previous versions of the UIEvents spec proposed queryKeyCap to get the symbol printed on the physical key cap (by assuming that it matched the locale).

See https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/d4e/raw-file/tip/source_respec.htm for an old version of the spec that described this method.
