Actually, I needed to re-do this since the change needs to be in the Bikeshed files (in the sections subdir) or they will be overwritten when the spec is regenerated. But everything should be updated correctly now.

aha, I was looking around to see what to change, and didn't realize there was something in a subdir.

I have simple building docs in the Readme for the spec.

Let me know if you'd like something else added (or if there's a better place for the instructions).
