Reflect the reality for the focus event order #290

The following tasks have been completed:

PR Preview failed to build. (Last tried on Mar 23, 2021, 5:13 PM UTC).

More PR Preview relies on a number of web services to run. index.html doesn't exist anymore so removing is really the only option.

Oh, I forgot we removed it completely.
