Recent changes that I made to:

event-algo.html - Experimental algorithmic re-write of spec
tools/main.html - Testing tools that are no longer supported here -- moved into separate repo.

are not being picked up and published on w3c.github.io. I assume this is related to recent work that @marcoscaceres did to automate publishing.

How can they be picked up and made available?

This feature isn't yet supported in spec-prod. See https://github.com/w3c/spec-prod/issues/39
