Testing with revoked and not-revoked credential #141

Test configuration per implementation should provide:

a revoked credential
a credential not currently revoked

Each credential will be checked for structural compliance and the referenced credentialStatus's statusListCredential endpoint will be used to retrieve the BitstringStatusListCredential containing the credentials status.
