This PR is an attempt to address issue #74 and updates the domain of Multikey and JsonWebKey to be more specific.

There are so many changes here... I think they're all OK.

My initial reaction was: "Dammit, another janky rebase!?! WTF!?" -- *looks at commit log* ... *looks at diffs* ... *expands entire file, positive that I'm missing something* ...and then, I was like... oh... no... @TallTed was being sarcastic. :P
