Remove text that duplicates text in Controller Document spec. #277

This PR removes all text from the Data Integrity specification that duplicates text [now] found in the Controller Document specification.

I was expecting a major surgery, but the move was easier than I expected. Turns out the spec was pretty modular already. The cross-references are minimal and clean. The move reduced the size of the Data Integrity spec by around 30%.

I believe that should be read (and perhaps rewritten) as, "This PR removes all text from the Data Integrity specification that duplicates text [now] found in the Controller Document specification."

(As written, it says that it's removing [duplicated] text (presumably text that is present twice therein) from the Controller Document specification, which would be exceedingly odd here in the Data Integrity repository!)

The title should probably also be rewritten, along the lines of Remove text that duplicates text in Controller Document spec.
