Remove test that requires validFrom and test data. #19

Removes the validFrom required test. NOTE: All VCs in the test suite have validFrom.

Do we want to remove validFrom from the other VCs? <-- no

This PR removes this test: A credential MUST have an validFrom property.

No, don't remove, this test needs to exist.
