Commit message length is a bit long--should be < 50 characters. Other than that, this looks fine. I'm also fine if you want to aggregate these label-only changes into a single PR if that would be helpful vs. lots of little PRs. They should stay topical, but don't have to be quite this small...unless that's really the only change for that topic.

I was trying to make this as atomic as possible as I wasn't sure how fine grained you wanted the features to be. I also think it might be a good idea to make group PRs for separating tests out although most of those PRs are done now.
