Proofreading the Security Considerations section #1563

Please re-lint, especially but not only going back to the previous line lengths, with line breaks approximately where they were before, so that changes are more visible. The current VERY LONG lines are difficult-to-impossible to visually compare to the lines they're replacing.

@TallTed updated. I changed my editor to 'auto line wrap' which I thought updated the source, though it was purely visual.
