Update Test Vectors #43

This PR updates the "raw" test vectors for the ecdsa-rdfc-2019 and ecdsa-sd-2023 cases due to

  1. Updates to @context information, i.e., https://www.w3.org/ns/credentials/v2
  2. In the P-384 signature case the RDF canonicalization algorithm used SHA384 per the spec.
  3. For the selective disclosure case the starting input document was updated to include a credentialSubject field as required by the data model.

No explanatory text was changed.
