This PR addresses issue https://github.com/w3c/vc-data-integrity/issues/225 and complements PR https://github.com/w3c/vc-di-ecdsa/pull/61 by providing informative test vectors compatible with the normative algorithm updates.

Note: this is an update of many machine generated test vectors an a small amount of explanatory text in the HTML document.
