add Mike Prorock to editor list #232

@decentralgabe should we also remove Orie on this PR or do you want that seperate?

I presume Orie should also be removed from the CODEOWNERS list, and Mike should be added...

Depending on prior editorial contributions, it may be worth putting @OR13 in the formerEditors rather than removing his credit entirely...
