Preliminary test result for Sovrin implementation of VC Data Model test suite. 8 tests marked as failing are unimplemented features: refreshing, terms of use, and evidence.

This looks like all of the previous commits from the test suite are being re-applied. The only file I am attempting to add is the Preliminary test suite results in commit 348fda4.

I am deleting this pull request to eliminate all of the commits from my last pull request on this branch.
