Refactor how test results are displayed, break up tables into sections (basic, advanced, zkp, etc).

Differentiate between 'not supported', 'no tests', and 'untested' statuses.

Moved all the 'Advanced' features into their own report sections. Merging so we can discuss the report html on the call.
