Human Dignity is more difficult to identify. known uses of the concept of Human dignity includes predicates such as respect, confidentiality & privacy. Indeed Article 1. of the UDHR reads "All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights." http://www.un.org/en/universal-declaration-human-rights/
the supposition is that whilst a company may claim the right to privacy over the records of a subject (ie: a human customer / consumer / user) these sorts of behaviours are not consistent with the concept of human dignity.
These sorts of things are particularly important where records have been erroneously created and may cause harm to the subject whether or not the subject is aware of the existence of such claims.
We incorporate a threat model into the new Focal Use Cases section, which partially addresses the issues of privacy and dignity. We agree with the importance of privacy and dignity, but I see them as integral to all use cases: we don't have particular use cases focused on either.
Use-Cases for Privacy / Dignity (and/or user-stories, et.al.) required.
