My group work from Rebooting Web of Trust III just reached a semi-public draft for comment. It's likely a better example of the kind of Engagement Model I'm proposing we add here. In fact, when its published, I'd like the group to consider the Joram 1.0.0 Engagement Model as input for the "Refugee Crisis" aggregate use case.

Here's an image of the Information Lifecycle Engagement Framework I'm proposing to use for engagement models:
Each phase in the model is a concise prose description of one or two interactions that exemplify the phase. Rather than attempting to describe every interaction in a specific customer journey, an engagement model captures illustrative interactions for each phase in the lifecycle. The whole of the model should be readable as a sympathetic narrative, allowing readers to understand the motivations of all parties and to evaluate the viability of the described use. We would use it here to tease out the human experience independent of the underlying technology.
@jandrieu is still an open issue to discuss?
Yes. The ccg has some work items that could flow into this. Might go into the use cases document, or perhaps get published as separate notes.
@jandrieu proposing we defer this
Hmm.. We should just close it. I'm not sure why I reopened it.
Lifecycle engagement models, based on the Customer-Supplier Engagement Framework provide a way to consider the full scope of data interactions between and individual and a potentially distributed/decentralized system over a specified "life". I'd like to present some engagement models for consideration to understand how Verifiable Claims can enable self-sovereign identity.
At the third rebooting web of trust, I led a group exercise in defining an engagement model for Joram, a Syrian Refugee. I am also working with @ChristopherA to define an engagement model for Web of Trust. These are two young for consideration today, but when they are ready, I'd like the group to consider them for inclusion.
