CfC to auto-publish VirtualKeyboard API #7

Hi Editing WG!

As noted on our WG email list, we've recently published a FPWD of VirtualKeyboard API. As is common in other working groups (such as Web Apps WG), we'd like to enable the auto-publication process for this same document. If anyone has concerns about setting up auto-publication, please reply on this issue or to email list by September 8th at the latest. Positive response is preferred and encouraged (thumbs-up to this issue will suffice) and silence will be considered agreement with the proposal.

Hearing no objections, we will proceed with setting up auto-publishing of the Virtual Keyboard API spec.
