The IPA providers are not really personal, perhaps they could be named "Intelligent Conversational Assistants" or something similar.

Personal in IPA is meant to abilities of some assistants to be able to adapt to the user but not related to the fact that no data is shared
Add a sentence in section 1 to detail how IPA is meant and used in the document
